There was request from Eddie for 3 mustard on the Bulletin Board. When I went to deliver the mustard in his store, he didn't react to the mustard in my inventory. I decided to try to see if it was an issue with him working. I talked to him while he was by the river, but he didn't react. I also tried handing the mustard to him and he went on a rant about Jounce. Was that his reaction to the mustard or..? Either way, his request for Mustard isn't working.
