Swam in sea in Wahoo Beach --> Lost all energy --> waked up in the hospital --> payed --> immediately spawned in the ocean again but glitched - like in the picture - and drowned again.

Huh that is an odd glitch. Are you stuck in that glitch loop or did it correct itself?
Only happend once. Corrected itself.
